My husband and I are first time home owners and our hot water heater went out. We called Solid Plumbing for assistance and they were awesome. Even though it was just a pilot light issue, he talked us through it over the phone with patience. He didn't make us feel stupid (we didn't know how to light the pilot) and taught us something new. Other plumbers wanted to charge us like $100 to come and "work on it' but Solid Plumbing talked us through it for free. I would definitely try them out for any other issues we have.
I've had solid out for 2 different issues. A clogged line, and a hot water heater broken. Both times they came and fixed my issues perfectly and for a GREAT PRICE!!! Thank you Solid Plumbing for doing an awesome job at an awesome price!!!

Lady on the phone was very rude and didn't understand anything plumbing related. Argued on how long the job will take on average. Argued on how I was going to pay her. I will not give them any business.
