This pet grooming shop is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and very professional.
My wife and I really appreciated the experience we had here. At our first visit, they showed us around the shop and informed us of the products that they would use on our dog and it made as comfortable to leave our pet to their care. They did an excellent job with grooming our Australia Shepherd. We will continue to take our pet back to this establishment!
Even though they were unable to groom my cat because he is too aggressive, Helen took the time to talk with me for several minutes on the phone. She was polite, super helpful, and very knowledgeable when I spoke to her. I could tell she cared about my cats needs, and she gave great advice. It's not every business that will spend time helping someone that won't be a customer. Very impressed.
Truely the best in town. The atmosphere was amazing and it was nice to know the dogs were in good hands.
What a great place!! Very professional and educated in animal care and behavior. We took our mini yorkie and large German shepherd and they were not stressed when we picked them up. It was a positive experience and I would recommend 100%.
