Table of 5, 3 got their drinks after 10 minutes, 2 of us had to wait another 20 minutes for coffee, then 15 minutes later took our food order. Been sitting here with empty coffee cup for 10 minutes while our server chats with the table behind us. So been here 45 minutes, appetizers aren't even out yet. Worst experience ever at this restaurant.
Waitress left our drinks at the bar for 20 minutes while we ate. Didn’t get my soup for the whole dinner, then said I can get it half off since she didn’t hear me order it. Horrible service, Chile’s is way better and that’s saying something
We have been dinning her for years, we have always had good experiences. The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. We use the car side to go often, our food is always delicious, hot and on time. The Oriental Chicken Salad is my favorite, very tasty. The 2 for $20. is a great deal 1 appetizer or 2 small salads; and 2 entries for $20.
I personally use to love eating here but yesterday we went to eat and have drinks and as soon as I go to take a drink I look in my glass and it is a roach right by my straw I could of sipped it up my straw had I kept drinking. So then the manager whispers oh its in the ice as if it was ok. Horrible experience
I visited on the wrong night, it was karaoke night. The music was so loud for the space they have you couldn't hear anything and trying to have a conversation was totally not happening. The food was good but if I'm going to sit down and have a meal and whether I am the one to pay or not, I want to be able to carry on a conversation, enjoy my food and be able to give my order where the waitress can get it correctly.
