Service was excellent! Portions and salad bar were great! However....food was kinda bland and it was absolutely freezing in the building.
Overall the staff and environment was polite and friendly. Great customer service to the young lady we had whom come down from okc to help them serve the Guess. Blessed her Lord. Awesome personally.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon with only two other parties sat before us. We were seated fairly quickly, but our server took forever to come over. Our appetizer (fried pickles) took a long but acceptable time to come, but were very dry (too much cornmeal in the batter) and tough. The sauce was very thin and watery.
We placed our order. The food took a while to come out, was delivered to the wrong table at first, and then one meal didn't come at all. We were told that the printer ran out of tape and the ticket didn't print (happens, fair enough, but should have been checked). The runner said "I'll have that right out, I'm sure they have one already set out," suggesting that the food isn't made when ordered. The toppings didn't come on the sandwich, then when requested after STILL didn't have everything.
Our friends raved about the place, so it is entirely possible that we just came in at a bad time. I won't say don't go, but we probably won't be going back any time soon.
The food is so good .. Great portion sizes and great flavor. I personally LOVE the grilled shrimp , salad bar and the green beans.... You will be pleased to dine here and the prices are affordable... Keep up the good work!!!! The cook staff. The wait staff, the bartenders, the owners, are all FABULOUS!!!!
A lady, presumably a manager or assistant manager or even just a really great server (Holly, you're great!) came out and talked to us after and apologized and discounted our ticket ten percent. She offered to comp our dessert as well, but we didn't order any.
The coke was terrible tasting and they knew about it before we ordered. We ordered an appetizer which came about two minutes before our meal. The green beans were too spicy. The rolls had a lot of oil on the top. There is more. One good thing, the waitress was very good. We won't be going back.
My birthday dinner. Yesterday, It was my first and last visit. It's was Good but food need a little more season, and the fish could not been fried to long.. we spent ($98.00:for 4) they might want to hire some southern Cooks. I'm just saying.
