My wife dropped her rings off to get them resized and she paid an extra $35.00 for them to be done in a week. She dropped them off on 26 Aug and today's date is 4 Sep and the rings are still not ready. That's issue #1...Also, the manager (Magen) tried to tell my wife she needed to pay a different price than that was on her receipt because of a mistake from one of her employees. During the conversation she said it was the responsibility of the black lady who also works there to train her employees, so basically throwing the black lady under the bus. That's issue #2... Now come to find out per conversation with the manager today that the rings haven't even been touched after all this time (15days). That's issue #3... Needless to say my wife told them she no longer needs their service and that she will be coming in to get her rings back. Will not recommend Gordon's jewelry store at the Lawton Oklahoma mall to anyone needing their ring resized to anyone!!
I went here to get 2 rings resized. The price was much more reasonable than the first store I checked out and the staff was friendly. However, when I went to pick up my rings, I found that only one was ready. The second was my bridle set and the place they sent my rings needed to know if I wanted my engagement ring and wedding band soldered back together. When I initially brought my rings in, they didn't mention that soldering them back together would be an additional cost. Not being able to afford it right now I said no, just size the set and send it back. If they failed to ask me at the store about soldering when I initially came in, they should have called me to ask if I wanted it done. Days later I got a phone call from Gordon's again asking if wanted it soldered. Which of course means that my ring still isn't finished.
