Very unprofessional and trashy store manager who talks loudly about customers when they're in the store and obviously can hear it... very unclassy woman in such an expensive store. What a shame
Never try to get work done through this store. Their jewellers are incompetent. I ordered a ring to be sized and it took them four months and I almost didn't receive the product. They didn't offer a refund and did not apologize.
