Took in my wifes tiny intricate gold chain to get a bent link fixed. The people were nice and they had it done way faster than I hoped for. I'd go back for sure
My husband went in with a ring idea and they talked him in to something else that looks like it came out of a fifty cent dispenser. I tried reaching out to them - I just wanted the halo and the diamonds removed. Had the quality been if any value, you would think that wouldn't be a problem right? Swap out the band for something plain and use it for another engagement ring, and no harm done. They refused. Their "custom work" is not guaranteed or insured, apparently.
Very inviting and the staff of great! I did not purchase anything and I was still treated as if I purchased a million dollar item.
Such a wonderful place to visit and lovely women whom are very helpful, they cleaned my watch too!
I brought a few rings my grandmother had left me in for repair and appraisals at Tipton's. The staff was very helpful. My rings now look like new! I am so pleased with the service I received. Although I did not buy anything, I would highly recommend Tipton's to anyone looking for a jeweler! Great customer service!!!
