Save your money and run. We bought my ring in dfw. Came back to Lawton and had it sent out by this zales to be resized only. it came back 3 weeks later, soldered . The didn't double check my receipt to make sure tthat it was correct. I would not except my wedding bands so They Sent it back out to be fixed on ""rush" 2 weeks later, got the ring back and it leaves black marks on my fingers and skin.. they gave me excuse after excuse to blame my skin or the rings being dipped in separate buckets of the Polish . Made no sense in had my ring 2 months and never had an issue until it came back from their repair side... my ring is discontinued. They found one store that had it in Stock hours away. They were supposed to overnight ship it, got a call 3 weeks later that it arrived . Don't waste your money or time. Go to a jeweler that actually takes high interest in customer care and service...
NEVER deal with Zales Comenity Bank!! Nothing but crooks!! They push u to pay online and to go paperless but when ur promo is about to expire they do not give u any notice and then told me I have to look on the 3rd page of my paper statement to find that date 5 days after it expired and they charged me $416 in interest and all I owed was $150. Even Home Depot notifies u on ur account page when ur promo expires!! Its sad bc I like the people in the store I deal with but they will never see me again!!!!
I had an electronic payment taken out of my account by zales on august 2, 2016. I can not get any assistance from anyone in the company. This is a company that does not take care of customers.
Well bought a new wedding set in may. Went to get today and guess what it's not done and this is 21 st of June was surpose to done weeks ago!! You would think it would be waiting on me like promised weeks ago but if I hadn't went in to get then they wouldn't have known to call people who are surpose to be sizing and find out why it's not back yet!! Sad sad and the lady who sold it to us was so friendly but doesn't matter if you don't get your stuff you paid for when surpose to!! Hopefully it'll be done this weekend as promised!!!
