Excellent quality work. I didn't have them work on shoes but they did some great work on a belt for me.
My husband has,a bad foot due to old injury. He has to have a 1.50 inch build up on one foot. We had taken 3 pairs of boots to Rubens on 3 different occasions . All three times we were told the boots were ready. We literally sat and waited 2 hrs while he finished working to finish. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. He was rude and had an excuse each time. He should have given us a discount. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. We were over a barrel because there is no one else who can work on shoes. Next time we will go back to Stephenville,Texas. We had boots fixed there. They were finished on time and were not rude. Good luck if you take your shoes in here for repair they are NEVER READY FOR YOU WHEN HE SAYS.
DON'T go to this shop if you expect a phone call when the work is finished - or in my case - NOT finished. The owner will simply sell your boots or throw them away without letting you know his intentions. Frankly, he owes me cash as far as I'm concerned.
