Most everyone has been super awesome! And they really care about my skin! The only stand-up bed is weird though wish they had it in an actual room!

Besides the revolving door of help weekly, that have no idea what they are doing. The lotions are way to high, 1/2 the time the spray booth doesn't work. The price is 20.00 less of 100.00 bill a month & bulbs not changed regularly. And if you try to stop your contract, your best stopping your debit card, they keep charging. Save your money and go across the street and tan. Also don't let the Riveria's fluff & frills as you walk in fool you. It's terrible & cooperate owned so nobody cares!
My favorite tanning place aways clean
I used to work for a tanning salon before moving to lawton, so when I found a salon with ergo line beds I was glad. When I first went in to sign up, the lady handed me a brochure with pricing...that's all. No tour of the salon to show off the beds, no showing me products, nothing. It irritated me that such a nice tanning salon would have such bad customer service. After looking around at other salons, I finally came back and started a membership here. The monthly draft and 6 month contract doesn't bother me, it's what my old salon did. What does bother me is that not once that I've been in there have I ever been offered any sort of promotion, and the girls working are less than approachable, so I've nevery asked...I refuse to just hand them a good sale....I've only been able to use my membership a few times due to my work schedule, but every time is the same. I am never greeted with anything other than "what's your last name?...ok and your first? ....what do you want to do today?" Just horrible customer service. Plus they never ask me for my eye pro...which isn't that kind of an FDA regulation? It was where I'm from, but that's off topic. Your business is obviously doing well if your employees don't even have to sell anything. I only keep my membership because of the beds...and even I'm not sure they're worth it.
