Do not even try. They will tag you along for the whole ten day holding period just to deny you. Pam in the office will assure you the place you're interested in is yours when you pay all the fees but the rent, then wait till the holding period is up to tell you no. Almost like she is just trying to collect all the application fees....they just missed out on spectacular tenants. Oh and we are disabled at that...
Capuccio was very accomadating to get us into a home, but that is where their cusutomer service ended. When we were in the property, Capuccio said they would send over the appropriate people to fix electrical and plumbing problems but never did, despite repeated calls (2-3 calls per week over 3 months). When it came to leaving the rental property they were awful. We had it in writing that if we broke our lease early we would pay 75% of the remaining cost, yet this document was not binding and we were forced to pay the entire remainder. I would never rent from Capuccio again, nor would I recommend it to any individual or family. Their proeprties were dirty, in disrepair, and poorly managed.
Do not rent from this place at all they don't care about the customer the lady Karen is never there in the office to answer any questions if need be. They try to cut corners to keep your deposit. A woman warned me about renting from them but I had already signed the lease. She lived in the place before I did and ended getting sick in one of there homes because of the mold. Do not rent from these people!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Worst rental company I've had. Terrible customer service, not interested in the customer - they're all about cutting corners. Absolutely do not recommend. Waste your money elsewhere - there's not a lot of good options in lawton, but these folks are at the bottom.
Excellent service from JoJo. We contacted her through the AHRN website and she promptly returned my calls and thoroughly answered my questions. We agreed to meet up at her office the next day to review some listings, and she burned some midnight oil to develop a listing of over a dozen homes that fit our needs and were available. We sat down in her office and before we knew it (for a VERY reasonable fee) we got on the road as JoJo led us around to numerous listings in the Lawton area. She really did "go the extra mile" and as a former service member, she knows exactly what our needs are as active military. Overall, excellent work from JoJo - I'd recommend her to anybody relocating. She saved us an immeasurable amount of time and headache. A+.
