To all service members, do your homework before you rent from them. Very shady people.
If I could give them a zero i would! our contract was with sundance, a decent place, and then had to get transferred to coldwell banker. The people who work there are VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, it is nearing the summer time and our air conditioning has not been working. It took them 2 weeks just to fix our ceiling fan during the heat. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not work with them they are absolutely HORRIBLE and its obvious that they don't give a CRAP
We are a military family, and our contract was originally with Sundance when we first moved here 4 years ago. It is now with Coldwell. The quality of service is terrible. We've called them constantly since January to fix a hole in our wall, and it still hasn't been fixed. We were willing to pay for it, and yet they still have been stalling us. Our next move will be with the on post housing office to file a complaint, and hopefully put them on a band list of places to do business.
It been almost 4 months, and I constantly called caldwell about the issue at my place and they say they will call me back when they get an appt. for my problem and they never did. Very unprofessional!!!

If I could give no stars and write a review I would. Horrible service. I would avoid this realty company at all costs.
Not much better than Sundance, a little more responsive, but I will never go through them. My property was transferred from Sundance to Coldwell. My tenants vacated the property May 01 2017, glad I moved back in. Picked up the keys in late June. After several phone calls and emails, I am still waiting on them to give me the money they owe me and it's now October. I might have to take them to court if this continues.
