I have absolutly nothing bad to say about this company. They have been nothing but professional and helpful at all times. As much as I bother them with issues here and there they are always very responsive on getting them corrected. I recommend this company above all others in this area.
I've been in my place less than two months, by the way. I recommend renting from anybody else.
Debra has been keeping our house rented for over a decade now. This is an excellent place to take care of your property when you PCS.
One month ago, I also called to inform them my stove wasn't working. The lady asked if it was plugged in, then said someone would call soon. Today, after talking to them about the water bill, I also reminded them that my stove was not working and that I still hadn't received a call...one full month later. She asked if I tried the breaker and told me that if someone came out and it was only the breaker, I would have to pay the bill. I had to also tell them my garbage disposal wasn't working, and she asked if I had tried whatever reset thing under the sink. I haven't messed with any of it, because I don't know anything about that stuff. I work in a music store. When people bring in their broken instruments, we don't ask them if they tried fixing it themselves first. That would end in disaster.
Our first time renting and we were so excited. I was 2 months pregnant. The house was not cleaned at ALL. We agreed to clean it ourselves with deposit deduction. Made them sign ON the lease that they would shampoo carpets because they were incredibly dirty, that never got done, because "we never called to ask for it". We went without central air because they didn't want to buy the $800 piece it needed, claimed we took the house as is. Stove didn't work. I couldn't cook, had to go buy my own stove because every time I complained they sent someone and they messed with it and said it worked but it didn't. The oven didn't even work. The bathroom had black mold growing so they came and painted over it. It came back...shocker. Then there was a plumbing problem NEXT DOOR (duplex) and they "fixed it themselves " only to cause problems with our side and some how we got stuck with a plumbing bill for tampons and wipes when I was pregnant but the neighbor said she doesn't have periods smh. Anyways we moved, broke our lease. And refused to pay for the plumbing charges and rent and they sued us. AND WON! Freaking joke. NEVER RENT HERE! EVER! I have told all my friends and family and they told all their friends, the place is bs to say the least. Taking money away from my SON because they are money hungry. And guess what? All the problems I was having while pregnant, the sneezing, coughing, stomach pains, constant migraines all stopped when I moved and I'm so glad I did!!!!!!!! I wish I would have thought to get tested and prove it was the living conditions. I wouldn't put a dog in that house.
Before I even signed the lease, I informed them that the toilet in the duplex I was considering was constantly running. I told them again when I signed the lease and also wrote it on the sheet they have you fill out with things that are broken or damaged on the property. It took them almost a month to get a plumber out to fix it.
All I can say is don't do it! Trust me.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would.
The realty covers part of my water. Last week, I got a bill for the month the toilet was running, saying I owed for the overage. I reminded them that the toilet had been running before I even moved in. The lady just recalculated the bill and said that actually, I owed even more than what they had originally told me. She then asked if I had just written the problem on the sheet or if I actually told them too. In the end, I still had to pay for their incompetence.
