"I don't care what you have to say." That was the first sentence that Gail, the manager, said when we called with issues. If that doesn't sum up how their staff is, I don't know what will. If you are military, stay away and go somewhere else. They will lie to your face in order to get an extra penny out of you. They are crooks and should be blacklisted.
Staff has been very courteous and knowledgeable in any situation I've thrown @ them. Neighbors in the complex are all respectful also. I'm always recommending them to everyone everytime when talking about apt's to reside in Lawton.
Best apt's in town.
My fiance and I have been here since September of 2013 until he takes command next month in Ft. Hood and we love the environment. The only downside is its expensive and it's 15 to 20 minutes away from major places in the city. All in all its stylish and quiet!
Good maintenance, not so much dog business, quietness is at a decent level, pool/hottub is nice. My wife and I like taking walks around the pond and feeding the turtles/catfish in it. My main problem is that the appliances like the dishwasher are useless. Never cleans my dishes well enough. The dryer likewise doesn't dry very well. The price is too high, so we'll be moving to a place at half the cost very soon. Sure is better than Flats though.
Not impressed ... The staff is useless... the new manager Gail is rude and could care less about what goes on within this complex. There's dog crap everywhere ... Breezeways and stairs are always dirty with spider webs and dirt everywhere ... The money to live here is ridiculous WAY overpriced... Cheap appliances and everything. Water bill is always over 70$... The noise is OK. And pool ...etc is OK.just save your money and move across the street or elsewhere. Or rent a house for the money you will dish out. It's lawton Oklahoma for crying out loud. It's not that serious. Not impressed. Save yourself some bucks.
