Had to re order my wife's food literally 3 times to get it right. Mine never got right. Not a situation where it was just a misunderstanding, literally said the number of the combo, and the name of the meal, and got the wrong stuff. Each time was told that must be what I ordered because that's what was on the receipt. Funnily enough. If I order a "#4, double western bacon combo" and he says "got it" and I get the monster biscuit, I should have been more clear.
I count on the comfort of the Savory guacamole Burger on a bad day. They have never screwed it up for me either. Clean inside and out, The staff is polite enough.
