Customer service was excellent. Food was above avg for local area. Beer on Sundays (high point) is always a plus. Kitchen was a little slow but we will return again. Best Chili's I've been to in quite a while.
Our lunch experience at Lawtons Chilis was wonderful! The appetizer nachos were fantastic. Tasty and flavorful. Then the Cajun Shrimp Pasta was absolutely great! Courtney was an exceptional server. She added extra little things to make our visit remarkable!
The manager and hostess held the doors open for us and greeted us right away. We were seated and our waitress got our drinks out quickly. She took our 4 unique orders without writing them down and all the food was made correctly. All the food was hot and fresh. The waitress refilled our drinks without even needing to be asked. She also didn't helicopter over us which was nice. We were able to split our check and pay with the ziosk which was convenient. Very positive experience!
consistently great! Best chips and salsa. it beats any Mexican food joint around. Chicken fry is very good and my chicken strip and corn on the cob was great! We always look forward to Chili's.
Went on saturday evening. Sat at booth in bar area,waitress came over ask me and my wife what we wanted to drink,received our waters and was ask if we were ready to order,we said give us a minute to decide, well I guess our minute and hers are very different. We sat there for over thirty minutes as she waited on other people and never came back to our table. Well after waiting we decided to go somewhere else to get dinner. If thats the kind of service your restaurant delivers then I wont be back.
