They charge you just to deliver the pizza.... Almost as much as what getting an extra pizza would cost. First and last time i order there.
I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sub for delivery and they tried to charge me a $6 delivery fee for a $7 sandwich. When I called back 2 minutes later to cancel, they were very rude and asked me why I was cancelling. When I told them I found it cheaper, bigger, with chips and a drink included somewhere else, AND with no delivery fee from a place much further away from me, instead of offering to match PAPA LOUIE'S price, I was told that even though I cancelled I would have to pay for that sandwich before they would deliver to me in the future. NOT A VERY GOOD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. Go to PAPA LOUIE'S !!!!
My family loves this pizza. Breadsticks were pretty good too. Service is fast. & the price is even better.
I ordered food online, and my card was declined. So i called to order instead went through fine. I wake up the next morning and call, and they charged my card an extra 25.46. I went down to speak to a manager, and they said theres nothing they can do when u order online u have to wait 3 days for ur order and all this other bs. They refused to give me my money back. They have horrible customer service. I will never order there again. There was another woman in there at the same time as me, who got charged an extra 120.00. This place is fradulent. Stay very far away!
