Had terrible service tonight! Ordered food online to pick up..they hadn't even started on my order when I got there which was 5 min after the online thing said my food would be ready. Then they forgot a sandwich and preceded to argue with me about if it was on my ticket even though I had it pulled up to show them. I ended up speaking with the manager who fixed it promptly however the rest of the staff was very unprofessional.
Really enjoy the food and they are pretty quick for being slammed all the time
Had a very good supper with my adult son and two friends. We were able to choose foods we each enjoyed. Food was hot, order was quick and correct.

Sorry but I thought maybe at first the first few times here the cooks were just busy or having a bad day or it was because I got it to go....but no I've been back during busy and not busy times dined in and did take out and there's no difference. Food still horrible and just thrown together. My favorite has always been the spicy southwest chicken. And now it's sad that I can't order it anymore because the last 10 times it's been bad. Really nice girl I see every time I'm there that takes my order. She makes the place because the food has gone completely down hill. I love every other mcalasters I have ever been to, except this one. Food is horrible at this location. Get new cooks who actually make the food properly.
