If you looking for a place to stay look no more this is the it. The re are courteous. Every where is clean. The housekeeping ladies are friendly not to m ms Betty the la that take care of the breakfast every nice lady God bless you ms Betty. And the breakfast was great. Over all every thing was excellent. Have no regrets. I do enjoy my stay when for 6so graduation and evry thing world out as plan ..if i have to back there again i definitely will stay there..great hospitality. ..
Well first my husband made reservations on line. But didn't get the floor she said, and our phone didn't work. The pool is supposed to be heated to 80 degrees but I do not believe so. Very Cold to me even after swimming for about 10 minutes. Still very cold. But other wise good. Bed hard, and pillows very small. Bring your own. All help are very nice, and clean.
Reserved a room a week before showed up my room with 2 queens was not available so put me in a 1 king so they said they would fix in morning. Go to front desk in morning and they say they don't have one available so they can give me a rollaway or I can check out cause they don't have to give me a room. Worst service ever at a hotel will not be back and will make complaint to company.
Terrible thing happened to me at this motel! First time ever! I made a reservation, had a confirmation, arrived at the motel to find out, i believe her words were turned back! She said i didn’t call by 6pm the day before to confirm! What??? I said i didn’t know that, she said, It’s our policy! Then she said when we ran your credit card this morning at 6 am it was rejected, so your confirmation didn’t mean anything! I said, why did you run my card at 6 am when you had already given my room away at 6pm! And why was my card ran before i ever arrived??? She said, you don’t have reservations!!! I said do you no anyplace else with a room? She said, No it is Fr Sill graduation and everyone is full! I took my handicapped self out the door and after tellling my story about this bad motel to about 7 other hotels and let them tell me they had never heard of anything like that, i finally found a very nice room! Let me tell you, i travel a lot! Me or anyone in the sound of my voice, my friends, my family, everyone at the venue i was attending, and complete strangers in the parking lot will NEVER stay at the Beaumont or anything connected to it!!! Do you want this to happen to you? I think NOT so if you are reading this, just scroll on down to the next motel, you will be treated better!!!!
Visited Fort Sill for my grandson's basic training graduation. I arrived very early and they went out of their way to accommodate me. My room was VERY clean. Clean bed, clean floor, clean bathroom and plenty of towels. Kindness goes far. I would definitely stay here again. I'm a clean freak, and this was clean.
