There was not a moment in time where we did not feel completely at home! The staff welcomed us as if we were long time friends and accommodated us beyond expectation. Their ability to remember us and our circumstance was beyond impressive! Housekeeping is exceptional and it was a true pleasure to interact with all the staff! I will always count on this as a phenomenal place to stop anytime we are in this area!
We stayed for three days. We had to ask for someone to clean our room, empty trash as it wasn't done. They didn't replace the coffee or paper cups. After we asked, they did a nice job. The rooms were tiny. TV tiny. Pillows were barely anything. I was sort of shocked this was a Hilton.
The staff was extremely friendly and they went above and beyond any service I've received from any hotel I've ever stayed at. The check in staff was amazing. The room was perfect. Check out was simple. Next time I'm in the area, this is the hotel I'll stay at.
Exceeded my expectations. Wonderful beds, updated furniture, quiet, free and easy parking, fridge in our room. They seem to have a very nice free breakfast but they closed it down 15' before they were to close so we didn't get any which was slightly disappointing but a great experience none the less.
This hotel has a nice modern feel and is the perfect size to host a small conference. The amenities are nice with the restaurant, pool and fitness area. The day I checked in there were problems making keys but all of the staff were cool, calm and collect and were very professional when working with guests to resolve issues.
