The room was clean but smaller than the photos on the website.
The hot tub is still not working
The air conditioner was excellent until the early morning hours when it suddenly did not maintain the temperature.
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Stay included breakfast which is nice when on the go and need quick meal. Close to the army base, lawton mall and casinos. Rooms where comfortable and clean. Overall great stay.
The waffles were really nice as you didn't have to have a huge waffle but could have 1-4 small round waffles.
Lots of the expected breakfast buffet regulars.
If this manager stays, we will probably stay somewhere else when we come back up to visit
The breakfast buffet was plentiful with two types of eggs and two breakfast meats.
The pillows were wonderful with multiple options of soft to firm. The bed was extremely firm.
Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful rooms are clean and bedding is very comfortable. Reasons for four and not five stars are thin insulation between rooms and a TV with a minimal selection of channels. Otherwise fully recommended for business or leisure.
The first interactions were with the general manager telling us we had to give a credit card that would have $20 put on for every night we stayed and would be released when we left. When we told them that it was not on the website, the manager simply said she would cancel our reservation rather than make an acknowledgement that it was a surprise to us.
The motel is awesome the rooms are really nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay
All employees that we encountered, other than the manager, were wonderful.
Good breakfast to start the day. A nice ante-room plus large bedroom provided welcome space and sleeping area. Staff was personable.
