The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. They are in the middle of renovations, but kept the noise to reasonable hours. The rooms show wear such as rust on the bathroom fixtures, but that is sure to be rectified after renovations are complete.
This was a really great stay for a great price. The staff at this hotel is very friendly. They are under renovation so there are a few issues with the property that need to be resolved, but of course people dont realize this is not the staff's fault. My room was always very clean and I usually had the same housekeeper on my floor who was always very sweet and always offered to assist me with anything. I was struggling to move my luggage because i had to stay for a while and the manager helped me unload all of my luggage which isn't something you typically get at a hotel of this size. The property was always spotless throughout. In fact its one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
We recently stayed here and could not be happier with our visit. The breakfast was great. There was a great variety of breakfast options including hot food!! I have 3 young kids so that was a plus! Another added bonus was the public park behind the hotel that my boys enjoyed! Our room was very clean. The staff was phenomenal. They provided the best customer service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were all kind and helpful. If I find myself in the area I will definitely be staying here again!
I recently stayed in holiday inn express Lawton, ok 10/6/17. I just wanted to express how extremely satisfied I was with my stay, customer, and accommodations. They staff was very welcoming from the minute I got there. I reserved 2 rooms and the manager Colby made sure they were conjoining rooms. Colby and his staff were quick to recognize the need of getting checked in and settled into our room bring that we had young children with us. My reservation was ready, quick easy check in, and I was recognized as an IHG member. My points were immediately added to my account. The facility was very clean and organized. I travel a lot for work but this particular stay was personal and very impressive. I will definitely be a returning customer. In fact, I'm considering switching our business contract from Hilton to holiday inn.
Room was nice. Bed was above average. The shower actually had decent water pressure!!! The only sub-par thing was the free breakfast. But everything else was great.
