Overall the hotel is nice. I take off one star because every single one of their breakfast items contains dairy. Being lactose intolerant that meant I could eat the bananas. Most La Quintas at least have oatmeal at the breakfast but this one had the instant stuff laden with milk powder. The staff is super friendly and the hotel looks cared for.
Staff was friendly. Offered us early check-in and room at end of hall do it was a bit quieter. Multiple bugs in room (spiders, roaches and some kind of black bug, which I had crawling on me the 2nd night). Bugs seemed to be issue in entire hotel. Beds were comfortable. Hot water seemed limited. Had to take quick showers.
I have stayed at this particular hotel quite a bit in the last 12 months. Overall it is a good hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 weeks ago the AC soaked the carpet by the window. No big deal. Crickets were bad to. No big deal. Only thing that I keep suggesting is for them to turn the heat up on the pool. Hot tub is fine but if you intend on enjoying the indoor heated pool then forget it. It's cold. My only complaint. Thanks again.
The air unit was installed at the wrong angle and literally soaked the carpet for a five foot area in just a few hours. It was splashing up on my feet. The WiFi didn't work. We got charged way more than the first time we stayed there. First stay was great. Everything was fine and the bed was even soft. This time nothing was right even the bed was rock hard. They knocked a little off because of the water. We are both disabled. We will never stay there again.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We settled into our room and 20 minutes later, we received a call asking how the room was! Very thoughtful. Only problem that we ran into was a bug in the bathroom. Breakfast is from 6am-9am, which might be early for some families
