Ryan was extremely helpful to us today. We visited the other location where we first met Ryan, and although at that time we were just looking into the prices & variety of mattresses, but informed Ryan that we would be back again to purchase a new one. Today we did exactly that and Ryan sold us a wonderful mattress. Ryan was easy to work with and very professional and a pleasure to do business with. He's really seems to know his business and I just know that he'll continue to be an asset to the Mattress Firm Company. Thanks again.
Ryan Villegas was a great help to us. He understood us with any questions that we had come his way and gave us the best route to go to help us be financially stable but yet VERY satisfied. He was very patient and understandable. Gave us many laughs. He knew what he was talking about as he should for any salesperson. Once after finally talking more in depth about specific bed merchandises, Ryan found us our family dream bed that we've been looking for awhile while being stationed in Fort Sill and saved plenty of money while doing it! Overall it has been a AMAZING experience while shopping at Mattress Firm! This is the type of leadership that everyone that works here should strive to become! 10/10 best experience so far!

The salesman was very interested in telling us about how good he is at sales. In his 15 min introduction he did not at any point ask us what we were looking for. After deciding on a mattress we were offered a discount if we did a review on Google. I gladly agreed. As I was typing my review the salesman was hovering over my shoulder reading every word. I love the mattress that we picked out and the discounts. The delivery guys were very professional and courteous. The only thing I would change would be the salesmans selling technique.
Just had a wonderful mattress-shopping experience with Ryan at the new Mattress Firm in Lawton. I was actually dreading the visit and was prepared for the typical "shopper-stalker" salesperson. Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable and so very friendly. He was never pushy, annoying or over-bearing. He gave us great advice and an amazing deal on our new mattresses.
