We did not get our room key till 5:30. The room had dead bugs and the bed spread had a big burn hole in it. only one of each towel. No toiletries. The price was great. Sunday after noon the maid was great and did a wonderful job.
We choose Motel 6, largely on price. We were in Lawton, OK for a boot camp graduation and didn't expect to spend much time in the room. I suppose that you get what you pay for and for this, I'm not upset but since you asked for a review, I have a couple of comments. We were on the second floor which was fine. There was one ice machine on the first floor that was rather constantly out of ice. This was frustrating. No machine on the second floor at all. Also, we had a couple of bugs in the room. I don't think they were roaches and I know that it is summer time but it was a little bit gross. WIFI was extra and zero amenities. Water pressure was fantastic. I did like this. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly.
While maybe not the "nicest" hotel in town...the front desk was amazing! They were kind and helpful and the price was right. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was packed out but quiet. All around a good stay!
The price was fair, the rooms were clean I would've appreciated those little shampoo samples to take a bath, but I guess that because of the price of the room maybe it can't be afforded one more thing I noticed was there's no breakfast only coffee. But if you could add a muffin I would call it breakfast and customer satisfaction
Basic motel. Rooms clean and new. Staff was ok. I just find it odd there is mini fridge or microwave. I just thought those two things were a given these days. Glad I brought my own sheets because theirs aren't very soft. Hard floors makes it feel cold and hard. Still, for what you pay its not bad.
