The room was not clean i booked a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. The fridge was dirty with old food left in it. I pack up my family stuff and told them I am not staying its filthy i need my money back.
Wonderful value rather it is a single person or family long or short stay will enjoy staying here. Inside and outside swimming hot breakfast leave come back room cleaned and why pay more for less than that. Right!!
This place is nasty! Rooms smelled and we're dirty. Bathroom ceiling was sagging. Shower curtain had mold on it. We washed our own sheets at a laundromat. The only thing positive is that the staff was nice. Google maps showed it permanently closed. It should be! Go somewhere else!
We made reservations at this hotel for three nights. Upon arrival and check in we found roaches in the room and even in the refrigerator. The sheets on the beds had not been washed for there were human hairs still on the sheets. The room had a moldy smell. We declined to stay and requested a refund. We were able to find another hotel. This hotel is not maintained at all.
WARNING! DO NOT STAY! We checked in and immediately checked out. Called for the manager and was promised a refund, but he lied. He never refunded our money even though we did not stay in this filth! I even called Choice Hotels on several occasions to get the matter resolved and they were absolutely useless! Eventually, as a last resort, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The customer service at the hotel and Choice is utterly ridiculous. I will never stay at any Choice establishment again. BEWARE, you have been warned!
