Overall a good room. They are clean and very spacious. My biggest issue was not having access to the front door at 1:04 am. Mind you it was raining and windy outside. Typically I wouldn't have an issue but the reason she gave was because she had no way to open the door. It was a bit difficult for me to believe her when I had no issue the night before entering even later than that. The lady at the front desk said I had to used the side doors and she didn't have any way possible to open the door either. Im trying to be open minded of the situation but just can't. You mean to tell me if someone wanted to check room availability for a last minute night stay they would turn them down?? Yea, I think not. God forbid there be an emergency because the dront door wouldn't be accessible.
Rooms dated. Bed springs squeak and the matress is firm and lumpy. I could feel the springs when I lifted up on my elbow. Ac not too good. Lots of nose though ceiling. Service is good and price is low.
I loved this experience!!! The staff was wonderful....so outgoing! The suite was clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast..the best selection, that I have seen...and so fresh!!!!! I recommend this hotel....for everyone!!!!! Definitely....5stars!!!
Wonderful people that work here but it isn't any place special. Quiet and nice to stay at of passing through and next to a cracker barrel for a good AM breakfast
Location is situated perfectly near the interstate, near restaurants, and entertainment. Rooms are quiet and fully stocked for a relaxing stay. Staff is friendly and fast with service. Breakfast is excellent!
