Max is hands down the best landlord I've ever had. Rapid responses to tenant emergencies and repairs, both on properties he manages and those he owns. He will go out of his way to help you, even looking for listings that other property managers have if he does not have a property that fits your needs. Extensive knowledge of law related to real estate sales and rental. When I got robbed, he found another, safer place for me to rent and even payed out of his pocket to install an alarm system for me. He's well connected in the community, having known many other prominent community members and business owners since he was a child. There is no more honest, kind, and helpful agency or individual you could work with in the Lawton area.
My family has rented from Maxwell Enterprises since I was 13 years old. I am now 40 and Max is still the best realtor in Lawton!!! He let's you feel like even though you're renting a house, you can still make it your home. He is also very quick at fixing problems that occur.....i.e. plumbing, air conditioning/heater, water heater.....etc.
