Scoggins is a decent company with horriable people. Vevlyn will screw you every chance she gets. She is the rental property manager and is crude and rude. She will not fix work orders in a timely manner, she will tell you that you are lying about a situation and when you move out she will charge you for the problems that she didnt fix while you had the work orders in. My advice, Tell scoggins no you will not rent there property and get away. Bobby is a great man and will help you any way he can but he only keeps Vevlun around because she knows how to put paperwork into the court that will screw you over. Her big a** bill she tried to hit me with will be delt with in court.
Very disappointed with the way business is handled down there, put in an application paid the fees, had to find a good time for my husband to fill out his part, stayed in communication with her in the less than 24 hours it took for him to get down there and the lady rented out the house right from underneath me and even failed to mention it when I called to let her know we were coming down, very unproffesional!!
