William and Nelson are wonderful people in general but went above and beyond to make things happen and worked for me putting in offers on investment properties, which if anyone has done short sale, foreclosure and HUD Warehouse Clearance exchanges know what a hassle they can be. Highly disappointed with the lack of follow up and then being ignored and blown off by Nelson after promising the contractually agreed upon items would be completed after closing. He didn't have our (buyers) best interests in mind and catered to his seller instead.
